Ravi Kuppuraj
Ravi Kuppuraj is a digital health innovator and entrepreneur with more than 25 years of healthcare leadership. Most recently, he served as Chief Operating Officer and Business Leader for Smart Wearables at Titan. Previously, he was Vice President of Remote Patient Monitoring at Best Buy Health and Venture CEO for Connected Sensing at Philips, where he incubated and integrated new sensing technologies before leading the General Care business.
His career also includes global leadership roles at Spacelabs and Dräger, along with founding cloud-based remote-monitoring ventures. Ravi is passionate about the consumerization of digital health—and its potential to broaden access and equity in healthcare. He holds a PhD in Biomedical Engineering and an MBA. Beyond work, his interests include 1960s cars, golf and audio.

EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN & CO-FOUNDER
Ben Schlatka
Ben Schlatka is a deep-tech company builder who has spent his career commercializing advanced sensing and life-science technologies. He co-founded and served as CEO of MC10, a pioneer in wearable sensors and new endpoint development, through its acquisition by Dassault Systèmes. At Dassault, he launched Sensor Cloud, bringing connected medical-device data into life-science research. At MC10, Ben built commercial partnerships with Medtronic, Reebok, L’Oréal, Walgreens, Flextronics, Marubun and Medidata. In addition to his role as Executive Chairman at essara, Ben also serves as an Operating Partner at Material Impact Fund, an $800 million deep-tech investor based in Boston.
He began his career as an intrapreneur at IBM and later helped grow VolunteerSolutions.org and Nantero through successful exits. Ben frequently lectures on building disruptive science-based companies and spent more than a decade coaching executives and alumni at Harvard Business School. Away from work, he can often be found coaching technology leaders—or overlanding in an old Land Rover.
